1) “Food has become so Ottolenghi-ised”. “Who wants a white Twix? Unnecessary.” I demand a short-run, beautifully-tailored Literally pamphlet of the quotes in the wonderful Pet Shop Boys’ Imagine documentary on the BBC this week. It’s also worth it for the boys playing their sweetly basic early demo tapes, for Neil reading the lyrics to Being Boring staring straight at the camera, clearly being moved to near-tears.
